What does it mean to become one with yourself?

There is only so much hour in our day. 24 hours if we count the hour we spent in bed and the hour we spend working. How many of us have taken the time just for ourselves? Whether it's watching a movie with family, take a long bath, read a book that you've always wanted to read for the longest time. Whichever it is, have you ever felt you don't have enough time for it? I practice meditative yoga, a yoga form that allows you to tap into your inner mind and really spend time with your body and mind with the benefits of stretching with minimum sweat.
